Top floor of three floor flat, may cause issues with brining up equipment. Also, only one entrance which is a single door, which means only small equipment can be brought in easily. Limited parking outside.






Each room apart from the bathroom have sockets for electrical equipment.
The flat is narrow in some areas and each room is rather small which means only a few people can fit in the room at once. Two sets of stairs to walk up, people could trip and hurt themselves and/or break/damage equipment.

Overall, the issues that would arise usually are not major issues for filming at this location. The main issue would be space but due to only needing a tripod and a camera for this location this is not an issue. The second issue revolving around space is fitting everyone in the small rooms. However, due to me taking most roles behind the camera there will only be two people on set, me behind the camera and the actor in front of the camera. This means the issue of the small rooms will not be a problem because two people can fit in the room with a tripod comfortably. Quiet area and outside noise is inaudible if windows are shut.
